Tamires Frasson is a summer associate assisting RC Law’s Miami office. She focuses her practice on international taxation, trust & estates matters. She is also supporting the team on corporate transactions and international structures.
Ms. Frasson is admitted to practice law in Brazil. She has experience advising high-net-worth international families and their closely held businesses on matters such as wealth management, international tax planning, legacy transfer, enforcement initiatives such as the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and the Common Reporting Standard (CRS). She also advises international clients on corporate matters related to businesses set up and investments in the United States.
Ms. Frasson is currently enrolled in the joint J.D. /LL.M. program at the University of Miami School of Law where she received the Dean’s certificate of achievement award in Legal Communication and is also a member of the Miami Law Women (MLW) and the Brazilian Law Student Association (BR Law). Her graduation is expected in Fall 2024. She also holds a master in U.S. taxation from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she obtained the wealth transfer and legacy planning certificate.
Prior to joining RC Law, Ms. Frasson was a lawyer at an international law firm in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where she counseled Brazilian and international high-net-worth individuals and families in establishing vehicles to protect wealth from one generation to another, as well as on family and estate law matters, tax planning relating to pre-immigration procedures and assets protection. She was part of the private client team in large law firm in Miami as international law clerk and has assisted international clients as the head of the U.S. investments department in a multinational company.
