Samuel H. Bendezú is a Foreign Associate in the Miami office of RC Law. His practice is focused on, banking, corporate finance, merger and acquisitions (M&A), and financing transactions.  

Mr. Bendezú has a law degree (Juris Doctor equivalent) from Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP) earning the highest score. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from Yale University Law School, where he served as an editor of Yale Journal on Regulation.  He is also a Board member of Latino Students’ Association at Yale Law School. During that time, he was also invited to work as a Research Assistant on the Yale Initiative on Sustainable Finance. 

Prior to joining RC Law, Mr. Bendezú was a corporate/transactional associate at COFIDE, the development bank of Peru, in Lima. He has participated in different transactions with other international players such as, World Bank, Inter-American Bank of Development, J.P. Morgan, among others. He has also worked for the Superintendecy of Banking of Peru. He is admitted to practice law in Peru and is fluent in English and Spanish.
