Florencia Fernández is a Foreign Associate who supports RC Law’s corporate and commercial teams. Ms. Fernández received her law degree (equivalent to Juris Doctor) Magna Cum Laude from Universidad de Buenos Aires in Argentina. She has also completed postgraduate specializations in Cryptocurrencies, Digital Economy, Blockchain and Smart Contracts and Data Privacy at the Universidad de Buenos Aires.

Ms. Fernández holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with specialization in Business Law from Duke University, where she served as an editor of the Duke Journal of Comparative & Intl. Law and board member of the Duke Law & Technology Society. During that time, she was also invited to work as a Research Assistant on the Enforceability of Noncompete Agreements research project.

Prior to joining RC Law, Ms. Fernández was a corporate/transactional associate at Marval O’ Farrell Mairal and Beretta Godoy in Buenos Aires. She also worked as a Law Clerk at Legance Avvocati Associati in Rome, Italy.

Ms. Fernández is a native Spanish speaker with intermediate fluency in Italian. She is admitted to practice law in Texas and Argentina.
