Diego Price is a Foreign Associate in the Miami office of RC Law. His practice is focused on mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance, as well as on financing transactions.
Diego has a law degree (Juris Doctor equivalent) from University of Lima, Peru where he was ranked in the top 10 of his class. He also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from New York University where he graduated as a Dean’s scholar (merit-based scholarship). In addition, Diego obtained an Advanced Professional Certificate in Law and Business from NYU Stern School of Business with a 4.0 GPA and he has successfully completed Law and Business courses in University of Salamanca, Spain.
He has experience in the design, structure, negotiation and implementation of M&A and financing transactions across several sectors focusing on private equity and cross-border deals. Diego is regularly engaged in drafting and negotiating contracts and other legal documents (such as SPA, SHA, joint ventures, financing facilities, etc.), conducting due diligence, performing corporate reorganizations, among others.
Diego was recognized in the Top 10 “Rising Star Dealmakers” in Peru by the international publication Transactional Track Record (TTR) for 3 consecutive years (2019 – 2021).
Prior to joining RC Law, Diego worked as an associate at Rebaza, Alcazar & De Las Casas and Rodrigo, Elias & Medrano in Lima. He is admitted to practice law in Peru and is fluent in English and Spanish
