ZICLA, a Spanish company offering safety and transportation integration solutions for bicycle sharing systems retained RC Ras to be advised on the negotiation of a manufacturing and supply contract with the city of New York. Zicla had been awarded a $3,000,000 “sole source” agreement by the New York City Department of Transportation to supply temporary bus boarders to the City of New York. The contract was awarded in April of 2018.
