RC Law LLP has announced the election of Rusalka de la Campa and Marta Garcia as partners of the firm, to continue heading the finance/real estate and corporate practices of the firm, respectively.
Rusalka de la Campa started her career as an Associate of the structured finance group of a leading international law firm in New York and after relocating to Miami, specialized in real estate at a local boutique firm. She joined RC Law as counsel in February of 2021. At RC Law, she has led significant cross-border real estate and finance transactions, including the sale of three hotels in California and Florida, a real estate finance transaction in Utah and several private and multilateral financing transactions in Latin America.
Marta Garcia was the first associate joining RC Law when founded in January of 2017 and since then her practice has focused on corporate and commercial transactions. She has led significant projects including a 19-company cross-state merger, and other complex reorganizations in the United States for non-U.S. public and private companies. Ms. Garcia also has a very substantial expertise in non-contentious employment law matters.
